Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Ism: Muslim Baby Name Matcher mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orange Seed Studios ("we", "us", "our").

User Accounts & Responsibility

To utilize the collaborative matchmaking features of Ism, you must log in securely via Google Authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete profile information.
• Maintain the security of your authentication tokens and credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Collaborative Partner Pairing

Ism includes specialized features allowing you to connect with a spouse or partner:

• Room Codes: Connection is established using unique, user-generated or system-supplied alphanumeric room codes.
• Shared Lists: Once paired, both partners can view mutual name matches, custom name lists, and interactive name polls.
• Unlinking: Either partner may disconnect/unlink the relationship at any time. Unlinking is processed securely using our cloud-based partner-unlinking protocol, clearing matching states for both accounts safely.

Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

Certain premium features, customization suites, or premium names inside the App may require a paid auto-renewing subscription or in-app purchase.

• Exclusive Processor: All financial transactions, billing, payments, subscription cycles, and tax calculations are handled exclusively through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect, process, or store credit card details or use external billing platforms.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your Google Play Account settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Account Deletion Warning: Deleting your account inside the App or via our support team does not automatically cancel your active Google Play subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store app to prevent future renewals.

Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Interfere with, disable, or disrupt the security or performance of our Firebase servers, databases, or cloud functions.
• Attempt to bypass authentication walls or invoke cloud functions with unauthorized third-party UID values.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

Termination & Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms.

You may terminate your account and delete all of your synchronized personal data at any time. Instructions and expectations are detailed in our Account Deletion Page.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ORANGE SEED STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
