Premium Subscriptions

The Ism: Muslim Baby Name Matcher app offers premium features, customization suites, and advanced lists as auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.

All purchases and billing details are securely and exclusively handled through the **Google Play Store**.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your premium subscriptions. To prevent future automatic renewals:

Manage via Google Play: You must cancel your subscription directly through your Google Play Account settings.
How to Cancel: Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, tap your profile icon in the top right, select "Payments & subscriptions", tap "Subscriptions", select "Ism", and choose "Cancel subscription".
Cancellation Timeline: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to your current billing cycle's end date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

CRITICAL WARNING: Deleting your user account inside the Ism App or requesting data deletion DOES NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store.

Refund Policy

Since all payments are processed through the Google Play Store, refund rules and processing timelines are governed entirely by Google Play's standard purchase policies:

Google Play Refunds: If you made a purchase accidentally or wish to request a refund, please follow the official Google Play Refund guidelines. You can submit a request within 48 hours of purchase by visiting Google Play Account Settings.
No Direct Card Refunds: We do not collect, store, or process direct card payments (via card processors, BillDesk, Razorpay, or others). Consequently, we cannot issue direct card refunds manually. All refund requests must flow through the Google Play Store API.
